If possible, obtain a serum HCG test for pregnancy. If negative, a referral to a GI physician is necessary to determine the cause.

Many causes, in addition to 1 mentioned (pregnancy). Her pediatrician should be able to see her and examine her and do some other testing if that is negative. They should then be able to properly diagnose and treat. Would start there and if GI specialist is needed, they will refer her to one.

Unintentional weight loss is a cause for concern and you should take your daughter to a doctor for an initial assessment and to ascertain the choice of a relevant specialist. Wish your daughter good health!
