Had sex last april 23rd, had lower abdominal cramps that weren't too painful so i brushed it off. had sex again on april 30th, afterwards i started having intense abdominal pain that is present until now, may 16th. was wondering what this could be?

Any new or unexplained abdominal pain needs in-person professional evaluation, especially when it lasts this long (about 2 weeks). There are several possibilities. One important one is inflammatory bowel disease. Another is pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), i.e. Fallopian tube infection, especially if you also have vaginal discharge and/or your partner might be at risk for STIs. Good luck.
