An implanted lens cannot develop a cataract or otherwise become cloudy. Almost certainly there is some other reason for your cloudy vision. Contact an ophthalmologist, ideally the one who did your cataract surgery. If this has started recently, do it ASAP: come causes of cloudy vision can be serious and require urgent treatment. Good luck.
