Some patients respond better to one than the other. Same deal for all similar drugs (called non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or NSAIDs). Your doctor may have a specific recommendation for you; or may suggest you try both at various times to see which works best for you. Often it's not possible to predict for any particular patient.
