A member asked:

Why is graviola not recommended for pregnant women?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

As with many other herbal and natural remedies, there is very little data about the possible effects of graviola on pregnancy, so it is always best to avoid as many exposures as possible when the effects are uncertain and unstudied. A more specific concern is its possible anti-cancer effect. If it is effective against fast growing cancer cells it might also affect fast growing fetal cells.
