My son has been having colicky cramping abdominal pain in the ruq, nausea, and he has been feeling feverish. he has a chrons history but this is not like his flares. the pain is also radiating into his sholduer?

He needs to get medical care immediately. Even though the pain is different, this likely is either another Crohn's flare, or a complication of Crohn's. RUQ pain radiating to the shoulder suggests inflammation like an abscess under the diaphragm. This is urgent -- do it now. Good luck.
