If my partner and i both have genital molluscum could we keep passing it back and forth without resolution? im concerned because i have read you can give someone molluscum and then get it back again from them. or could we both clear it?

You both could clear it eventually with strong immune response. What you read is correct to great extent but when the body is able to mount a strong immune response it would resolve.
