Is cryptic pregnancy rare? i've had 4 neg urine preg tests, and bleeding like period 3 times(blood with clear strechy discharge) would the test show postive with cryptic pregnancy at 9-13weeks or would it be a false negative?

Blood test for HCG level would readily detect a pregnancy at 9-13 weeks. An ultrasound examination of the pelvis would show fetus. Cryptic pregnancy may be an invalid term. What you described is not consistent with pregnancy.
