Disorders of learning are usually detected in testing by a psychologist or educational psychologist. Your doc should know who is available in town to do the testing. Insurance plans vary in their coverage and many do not covet this testing. You should contact your insurer to verify their coverage, When it is they often have preferred local providers that do the work.
