Ive had diarrhea for about 3 days.i vomited twice the first day and have lost my appetite since.i barely eat/drink anything.i also feel extreme burning on my anal opening as well as the need to go to the toilet often.what can i do?

You may take Imodium or PeptoBismol for the diarrhea. Make sure to drink enough water, or electrolyte drink, Gatorade etc so that you pass urine at least every 6 hours. If you are not better in a day or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
