HIV is not transmitted sexually when treatment has reduced viral load to undetectable levels, and the anal sex was protected and oral is very low risk, even with high viral load. PEP probably isn't needed, but this may depend in part on the reliability of the information about the treated person's viral load. Best to check with a local expert, and maybe your partner being retested.
