Try paracetamol/acetaminophen first. No more than 4 g in one day. No alcohol. If that does not help, see your dentist. Wish you good health!

Oral Diclofenac is an anti inflammatory. I agree with above, to use Paracetamol or Acetaminophen first. If that does not help with pain, Diclofenac can be added, and can be used together. It is best to be taken with food, as it can cause gastritis

Pain meds will NOT cure the cause of dental pain, only mask the pain as the cause worsens. Most common cause is infection, which will only spread to other organ systems unless properly treated. Second most common cause is fracture. Neither infection or fracture will self heal, For appropriate treatment see a Dentist as soon as possible.
