Wheezing and asthma may be commonly associated with allergies, but can be encountered with lung infections (COVID-19), and a variety of pulmonary disorders. COPD and Pulmonary Fibrosis are not caused by asthma, but clearly can present with respiratory symptoms. If you have difficulty with asthma management, see a lung specialist.
