It sounds like you may have pinched nerve in view of the information of it going down your legs. It is best you see a health professional for evaluation. Regular back exercise or lying or on your back on the floor may relieve some of the tension in the back muscles from abnormal spine posturing and relieve the pain prior to seeing your doctor.
