The clitoris is a very vascular sensitive organ. Smegma, infection, or strictures are conditions that can occur. You need to see a GYN MD who can examine the area and determine if any of the previous conditions exist or not. Smegma is an accumulation of material around the clitoris usually from poor hygiene that makes the clitoral hood unable to be retracted producing pain.
