It may or may not, but try to determine what makes you bloated and naseous. Is it lactose or gluten intolerance? Try to find triggers. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after meals may prevent gas build up. Drinking hot water helps breakdown gas and enables you to pass it down the intestinal tract& out the rectum. Forcing yourself to belch only makes you swallow more air.
