For years my scalp reacts badly to certain shampoos. it starts with itchy gooey scalp that once scratched oozes thin clear liquid that smells like my shampoo that will then crust over with orange scabs that are very itchy and painful please help?

You did not mention which "certain" shampoos cause this reaction, but it sounds like what you have is seborrheic dermatitis. If it does not respond to OTC seb-derm shampoos (such as Head & Shoulders and Selsun Blue), you will need to see a dermatologist to find out what is going on.
