You may be a mouth breather which creates a dry mouth & open mouth postures. Seek a dentist trained in Airway or Orthodontics for a consultation. In addition, you may need an Oral Myofunctional Therapist to help strengthen the muscles around your lips & tongue so that you can keep saliva in your mouth. Take care!
