I recently been treated for chylmedia and gonorrhea its been at least 6 days since then and tomorrow is my last day but recently i saw blood in my semen and i found it uncomfortable to pee. did the treatment fail? or could it be something else? help?

My hunch is the meds did not affect your bugs because you did not take them correctly or they were resistant to the meds. Discuss with your local Dr and go to local public health web site or CDC and see if there are drug resistant GC or chlymedia where you live or had been when you got. Condoms are called protection for good reason. But not always effective.
