This may be an indication of neuropathy due to poor control of blood sugar. It is imperative that see a doctor to control your blood sugar better. If you have measured A1c, that should be below 7 for evidence of good control. Try taking multivitamins with B12, even if that helps, it would not be a substitute for proper glucose control. Blood glucose control is essential to prevent complications.
