Recover ??? You have the eyes you were born with and their shape/clarity have a genetic basis. There is no pill or exercise that changes the astigmatism and refractive errors you may have. Once an eye doc has ruled out an eye disease affecting vision you can choose various forms of vision assist/corrective devices or just live with it. It doesn't go away like the flu.

You will want to convene with your ophthalmologist who can help you to understand your options. Depending on the particulars of your problem, especially the precise location of your visual problem, you may be able to recover some vision with medication or surgery. If there is no good therapy, s/he will be able to discuss this as well. Having a deadline of 3 months can only lead to disappointment
