Ive been bumping into things a lot and when i go to place objects/pick them up, i tend to misjudge the distance, sometimes knocking them over. im 22 and never had problems with coordination. could this indicate something more than just clumsiness?

Not feasible to be precise but your in coordination if progressive needs assessment as you might have ataxia. This maybe secondary to medication but could be due to other neurological problems so have your doc evaluate
