Go see your doctor. Less is a vague term. Less room for a growing fetus can mean they are just limited by the space and movements limited. A fetus has more room at 12 weeks than 23 yet less room may not explain the issue. Only an in person evaluation of fetal status can decide if there is a problem and what to do.
