Possibly: Urine pregnancy test are not as sensitive as blood test. You need around 50 HCG levels to be positive. Make sure u use the first urine in the morning and wait a bit longer. If still negative then you are not pregnant. It can take up to 6-8 weeks to get your next period after a miscarrage.
