There was unexpected: Death in a 22-year-old a few days after she received gardisil. No causative relation was found. Common reactions are pain & redness @ the injection site, dizziness, , nausea, & headache. There are reports of syncope (fainting) & venous thromboembolism (blood clots) after gardisil in obese smokers on bcp's, all of which ⬆ risk.
