Ice eating in women is often a sign of iron deficiency. You may get tested for iron deficiency. Alternatively may take oral iron supplement and multivitamins to replenish your iron stores. There will no harm in taking oral iron. If you get constipation take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless.
