Of course you should wait for full healing before resuming masturbation. If you wish to break your habit of excessive masturbation, avoid watching pornography, stay physically active and find a mental health professional with special interest in sexology & treating this issue. Circumcision will not be the answer.

Once circumcision incision has healed, you could masturbate and the circumcision per se will not break your habit.
