If delayed (by a week) menses is due to pregnancy the conception would be creating the hormones that turn a urine pregnancy test positive. These are more often false negative (done early) than false positive. You are most likely not pregnant, and many normal women skip a cycle occasionally.

If you did the test correctly, you are not pregnant. If you have any doubt, you could get a blood test for HCG level to settle the issue. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health! Safe sex: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/safer-sex-guidelines
