An enlarged spleen is a serious issue as it can rupture with minimal trauma. What is the cause of your splenomegaly? Mononucleosis or another blood disorder? As far as the painful intercourse is concerned, ask your partner to use a gentle technique. If it's still painful, you'll have to consult a gynecologist for evaluation & advice.
