How much bleeding? If greater than 1 pad every 3-4 hours go to ER . May be stress. may be fibroids, polyps, endometriosis or if sexually active may be a miscarriage or pending miscarriage . Ultrasound will help diagnose. Check thyroid function. Get pelvic . Keep hydrated. F/u/ w/ MD/ ER/ urgent care ( if more than 1 pad every 3-4 hours go today)
