A member asked:

Is it unusual to be almost 50/female and have no gray hairs at all?

No. Greying is determined by genes. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

It is unusual, but doesn't mean anything in particular. Some people start graying in their 20s, others much later. I don't know of anything bad associated with delayed graying. You are just lucky.
