Probably yes, depending partly on what "all" STD" means. Some tests can give misleading results (e.g. HSV) and recognizing that reliable tests don't exist for some infections (HPV). So not necessarily zero risk, but most likely you're as safe as possible, and completely safe for the more dangerous infections.
