More description about the back pain is needed in order to make a differential diagnosis& advise you. Was it upper,mid, or lower back pain? Any radiation of the pain? How long did it last? Worse with motion? Shortness of breath? Urinary symptoms? Any aneurysm? The sweating,nausea& vomiting could be secondary to the severe,sudden pain and would be nonspecific. See MD if still symptomatic.
