Your doctor was right to not mention your positive test results for Ureaplasma: it is a normal bacteria; it's in the genital tract of half of all people your age. It is not the cause of your discharge or lower abdominal pain. Foul smelling discharge usually is due to bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. Usually it responds to metronidazole. Good luck.
