It sounds like you have vaginal discharge, and colored discharge usually indicates infection. At your age, an STI is possible if you are sexually active. Whether or not sexually active, get this checked out soon: any new, abnormal, or unexplained vaginal discharge should be professionally evaluated. Good luck.
