I have a 65 yo who started humira (adalimumab) and weaned off pred. @ wk 10 creatinine bumped but resolved, now at wk 12 she feels bad w/no abnormal labs-ideas ?

What was humira (adalimumab) : I would need more detail but her underlying autoimmune disease may still be active at 12 weeks. Did she have a sed rate and CRP with her recent labs? Depending on her exam, she may benefit from increasing Humira (adalimumab) to qweekly. Talk to her prescribing rheumatologist or gastroenterologist and let them know so that the patient can be seen and evaluated. It could also be adverse reaction to humira (adalimumab).
