All can cause anal problems if enough injuries are caused by whatever you are doing. Rectal examination is unnecessary on a regular basis as your rectum automatically cleans itself. Self mutilattion is absolutely discouraged. Good Luck

Digital self exam can not always show a fissure or hemorrhoids and may actually make a fissure worse or get infected. Penile masturbation does not cause a fissure. Farting does not cause a fissure. Constipation ( inadequate fluids and excessive alcohol/caffeine) can irritate/ cause both. Try an office evaluation by a colorectal surgeon.
