I have my room at 30c (86f) and i am worried about the plastic items leaching as my heate is at that temperature on high for extended periods of time. the plastic items that contain liquid & my toothbrush felt warm to touch. am i exposed to dioxins?

This much temperature is very unlikely to cause leaching of harmful chemicals. You may wish to improve the ventilation in the room if you are not able to control the temperature. Wish you good health!

Of greater concern is why you feel the need to boost your room's ambient temperature to what, for most people, be an extremely uncomfortable setting. Please check in with your GP to address this problem. Treatment or specialty referral may be in order.
