Do you mean your TSH is 0.6,which is borderline normal ( 0.5-4.1) or was it 0.06 which is indicative of an overactive thyroid which can cause a variety of symptoms. You don't mention what your actual thyroid hormone levels are so we can better advise you. Your MD or endocrinologist, who knows these values, can advise you best.
