Since phentermine can stay in your system up to 4 days, I would avoid taking cold medications that contain vasoconstricor agents like sudafed or phenylephrine. I think you could use a nose spray sparingly. Ask your pharmacist to recommend a medication that doesn't contain those 2 ingredients.
