I have a spot on my inner thigh that feels like ice cold water dripping down it when i stand up. ive just been on my period so i thought maybe i leaked, but every time i check the spot its dry. is this a symptom i need to worry about?

You may watch and wait. If the spot more than doubles in size, ulcerates, bleeds, other spots develop or you get fever, see a doctor. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
