No: I assume the last word you typed was "smoke". While still recovering from pneumonia it is best that you not smoke. You can smoke while taking zithromax but the best thing you could do for your health is to quit smoking. Get nicotine patches or nicorette (nicotine gum) gum at your drug store. Suck on sugarless peppermints and chew sugarless gum and try to quit.
