A few possibilities: You may feel a variety of symptoms related to the baby/just being pregnant. One might be stretching of ligaments that support the uterus; baby movements may be uncomfortable; alternatively, you may be having uterine cramping. This must be differentiated from pre-term labor. Even if your pain isn't extreme, it seems to be happening frequently enough that you should be examined by your ob. Call them.
