Itis not uncommon for an evenly aproximated jaw alignment to cause discomfort in the natural jaw resting position and this can lead to a habitual clenching and grinding. So misalignment can cause bruxing. It does nor recover on its own. I recommend seeing an orthodontist and may be an oral surgeon. I hope that helps!
