Not yet known for certain, but at least several years, maybe for life. Your excessive questions show you are seriously over-worried about HPV. It's a normal, expected, and unavoidable consequence of human sexuality: almost everyone catches HPV at least once, and the large majority of infected persons have no serious health problems form HPV. Get vaccinated, then stop worrying!
