Colored and perhaps slightly bloody vaginal discharge (yellow, then "pink") strongly suggests an infection, especially an STD like chlamydia or gonorrhea. Get professionally evaluated as soon as possible. Good luck.

Vaginal infection can lead to irritation and inflammation of the cervix, and if you are sexually active, light bleeding may occur as a result. See a gyn physician for an exam, culture and treatment.
