Diagnosis of pregnancy requires a missed, late, or abnormally slight period. Did you miss a BCP at a time that you were exposed to pregnancy (Thursday)? If so, a pregnancy test will be positive if pregnant. If negative, use barrier protection until a period happens and then resume oral pill contraception, If your period does not occur within four weeks, have an exam by a trusted ob-gyn.

If bleeding started after a "missed bcp with two the following day" it is due to withdrawal bleeding from temporarily higher estrogen which should stop in a few days. Best is to stop all bcp's, wait five days and begin a new pack. Missing a pill will not result in pregnancy, but continuing a pack with a "missed" active pill will generally causes constant low level bleeding.
