I wouldn't think so. It is often given for UTI's where frequent urination is a common symptom. It is not a listed side effect from the drug companies data & I can't see why it would.

Urinary tract infections often cause urgency, the sense of needing to urinate, and frequency, repeated urges to urinate. Macrobid is often used to treat urinary tract infections, and over a few days, should reduce both frequency and urgency. Drink plenty of water.
