It depends on if you have other things like change in urine color, yellowness of eyes that may suggest liver disease. If you have Sickle cell disease and crisis may also cause yellowness that you may see in the cuticles. Hepatitis may cause that as well, you may seek medical help that is more comprehensive in finding information and doing tests and examinations that may tell you the cause.
