Im 34 yrs female, i workout 5 to 6 days per week on average of 2 hours with heavy weights &in a calorie deficit &healthy lifestyle. recently i have been finding bluish to purplish small spots on either my thigh or insides of my elbow,it doesnt hurt?

Sounds like small bruises you are getting - common in athletic people working out regularly like you are doing . Nothing to be concerned about please
